PETITION FOR REDRESS OF VIOLATIONS OF THE CONSTITUTION FOR THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA BY _______________, A CORPORATE ENTITY ACTING UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI

>Fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution for the United States of America, the undersigned, who reside in the County of ____________ within the State of Missouri and pay local and state taxes, hereby exercise our constitutionally protected “right” to petition our government (i.e. County Commissioners) for redress of violations of the Constitution for the United States of America.

WHEREAS, on ____________, as citizens of the United States exercised their First Amendment Right of Peaceable Assembly and the Right to Petition government for the Redress of Grievances and this right was abridged by ____________, a corporation doing business under the authority of the State of ____________.

WHEREAS, in accordance with Article VI, Section 2, Subsection 1 of the Constitution for the United States that “The Citizens of each state shall be entitled to all privileges and immunities of Citizens in the several states,”1 and

WHEREAS, in accordance with the First Amendment that “Congress shall make no law… prohibiting… or abridging… the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances,”2 and

WHEREAS, in accordance with the Fourteenth Amendment, Section 1, that “No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States;”3 this specifically applies all U.S. Citizens’ rights or privileges and immunities that are guaranteed by the Constitution for the United States of America including all ratified amendments to the Constitution are protected rights secured in the U.S. Citizens from federal, state, and local governments from abridging these rights, and

WHEREAS, no stipulations or exclusions exist whatsoever to this aforementioned clause in Section 1 of the Fourteenth Amendment; consequently, these rights cannot be terminated or suspended without first amending the Constitution for the United States of America to grant the authority for the federal, State, or local government to constitutionally suspend these protected rights in accordance with Article V of the Constitution prior to suspension of these rights, and portion of the First Amendment that then applied to the ALL states would be as follows: that no State shall make or enforce no law respecting or prohibiting the free exercise of religion; or abridging the freedom of speech; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, to petition the Government for a redress of grievances, along with all other rights protected by the Constitution for the United States of America, and

WHEREAS, in accordance with the Ninth Amendment, that “the enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people,”4 and

WHEREAS, Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution for the United States of America reads if full, “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government,”5 and

WHEREAS, in America, a Government “Republican in Form” is a Government based on the written will and consent of the People, instituted to secure the individual’s natural Rights and where the Law is King, and

WHEREAS, a Republican form of government is one based upon laws and the rule of laws; consequently, in accordance with Article VI Section 2 that the “constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, any thing in the constitution or laws of any state to the contrary notwithstanding,”6 and

WHEREAS, on ____________, ____________ U.S. citizens peaceably assembled in an orderly fashion ___ feet away from any ingress or egress points of ___________ to gather signatures from U.S. citizens to petition our government; ensuring that this assembly for instructing and signing petitions for the redress of grievances did not obstruct or interfere the commerce and operations of ___________, guaranteeing their rights were being protected, and

WHEREAS, at ____ local time _______________ an employee of _____________ sought to interfere with the Constitutional Rights of U.S. Citizens with the determination to abridge the First Amendment Right of Petitioners on the property of the business which is open to the public, and

WHEREAS, the State of Missouri established and enabled ____________ to operate within their State, and that _____________ as a company operating under the authority of the State of Missouri and now ___________ is seeking the county of __________ and the State of Missouri to enforce such a rule, law, or policy law that directly violates the supreme law(s) of the land, and

WHEREAS, the aforementioned business, being under the jurisdiction of the State of Missouri, are subject to the direction of servants of the People who take an oath to support the Constitution and who must apply the law equally to all citizens and institutions, and

WHEREAS, with every Right there is a remedy and any Right that is not enforceable is not a Right; and

WHEREAS, the individual privileges and immunities protected by Article IV, Article VI, the First, Ninth, and Fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution for the United States of America, as First Amendment petitioners we demand that the State of Missouri prosecute ____________ for violating the civil rights of U.S. citizens and the citizens of Missouri, and

NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with Article IV Section 4 that the States are guaranteed a Republican form of government, that our elected County Commissioners are our direct representatives, who in accordance with Article VI Section 3 of the Constitution for the United States must also take an oath “to support” the Constitution for the United States, we demand that ALL County Commissioners who represent the people of ____________ County, in the State of Missouri; unite together to petition the State Legislature on our behalf, who have also taken the same oath to support the Constitution for the United States that in accordance with Article IV, Article VI, the First, Ninth, and Fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution for the United States of America pause all operations of ___________ and prosecute them to the full extent of the law for violating the supreme laws of the land. That all laws for the governing of all business and institutions ensure aggressive enforcement with fines and penalties to include the full suspension of operations or terminating licenses to operate in the State of Missouri.
